Our Pledge: We promise to always present our clients with a fair and honest painting estimate. Painting estimates include all prep work, the number of coats of paint, whether your painting job will require primer, and, unless otherwise provided, a list of the types of paint we will use to successfully complete your painting project.
We believe the more detail the better, as it will help you make an informed buying decision, and facillitate a smooth project as expectations are clearly defined up front.
Every company believes in customer service yet very few deliver. Optima Home Solutions understands the painting industry and where we fit in. We understand that excellent service begins with presenting a fair and thorough estimate, followed by quality work, ending with a customer willing to reuse our services and refer us to family and friends. We know that for us to succeed - we must do what we say when we say it!
At Optima Home Solutions we use the most environmentally friendly solutions needed to complete the project. All of our painting contractors are Bonded and Insured and their backgrounds have been checked. Optima's painting contractors adhere to and uphold our Code of Professionalism and Ethics.

Painting Tip:
Applying Painters' Tape: Be sure not to stretch the tape. Pull the tape off the roll a few feet at a time and press down a small area without stretching it. Once the tape is applied, press along the edges of the tape making sure there is no room for seepage. A small putty knife works well for this.
